Blue Beat Digital has recently won the rights to distribute top branded products in the USA, and we need your help to get them into key retailers.

These products are small electronics, mobile phone accessories and mobile phones. 

We want someone who can own this project and uncover sales opportunities, close deals and build relationships.

We will offer a basic salary with a favorable commission to the right candidate.

Digital Marketing Specialist

We have a role open for a Digital Marketing Specialist. 

This person will play a key role in our digital marketing execution.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Knowledge of the Hubspot Marketing Platform, mainly the email marketing component, but we would want to use the full Marketing Professional Suite. 
  • Able to sit with company management and help develop the marketing strategy.
  • Pay Per Click platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads.
  • Social Media Marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter.
  • Any new ideas such as Growth Hacking strategies.
  • Enough knowledge of Photoshop to create assets for campaigns. 
  • Comfortable with marketing speak such as target markets, audiences, and customer personas. 
  • Creating campaigns, target audiences, ads, and maintaining these ads on a daily basis.
  • Ability to report back to management on marketing performance.

Web Developer

We are an online first company and will always have a ton of work for a web developer.

Our chosen backend for now is WordPress and WooCommerce so we would want someone with the following:

  1. Experienced with WordPress to create posts, blogs, pages etc.
  2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and other popular front end web technologies.
  3. Some knowledge of WooCommerce or experience with any ecommerce platform.
  4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite to edit images for use on the website.
  5. Good command of English to write the copy for our web pages.

eBay Specialist

Blue Beat Digital has a comprehensive catalog of mobile phone products, small electronics and SIM cards for mobile phone service. 

We are looking to hire an expert in eBay sales.

We have all the products in the warehouse ready to sell, as well as all the images and product info.

What we need is a specialist who is passionate about ecommerce and who wants to build eBay sales into the millions of dollars.

If you are a serious pro on eBay then you need to apply for this role. This a summary of what you will do:

  • Create compelling offers for customers

Sim Card Promoters

We are market leaders when it comes to the distribution of SIM Cards into the hands of customers. Other companies distribute their SIM cards via chain stores or wireless stores.

Our philosophy is different. We stay away from all conventional means of SIM card distribution and we go where no other company wants to try.

We need friendly and outgoing people to market our SIM cards directly to the target customer. This is an easy job because you don’t need to sell anything – we need you to give our SIM cards away for free.

Ecommerce Analyst for Amazon, eBay, Walmart

We want someone who understands e-commerce to help us with our listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart as well as our in house platforms. 

We currently sell all our products online and therefore need someone who has:

  • Run an Amazon Seller Central account, eBay or WooCommerce account.
  • Experience with creating Product Listings with product description, features and benefits, good choice of imagery, etc.
  • Understands how to perform keyword research to create a listing that will show up in the search results.
  • Able to use Photoshop to edit images to make them suitable for e-commerce. Simple resizing, cropping, editing would be enough.
  • Experience with Product Photography would be an advantage.

Product Photographer

Our latest shipment of electronics, small appliances, cellphone accessories, and batteries have arrived.

We need a skilled product photographer who can help us build a product catalog. We would like to have 10 images per product, and have them edited to be suitable for use in print and online. 

An element of this job would include helping the team create product listings using the images you create.

Software Developer

We have a role open for an experienced software developer.

This person will play a key role in building the company backend systems that will become the foundation of our future. 

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Able to be our first full-time developer, so we need someone who has done stuff before. We will open up junior roles, but if this is your first gig, this role isn’t for you. 
  • Understands application development and web development. We want someone who can build or at least have the vision of an end to end solution. Even if you can’t build it all yourself but you understand the whole process that would be useful.
  • Experience in having built some kind of e-commerce platform, or customer self-help portal. We want our customers to login and access their account.
  • Familiar with various types of open standard APIs such as REST, XML, JSON. We will be linking multiple systems into each other and need someone to see how data can flow between all the pieces. 
  • Knowledge of basic data security. We want great apps, but we need to guard our customer data very carefully. We can’t take any risks here and want someone who can build security into the applications, and not leave it as an afterthought.
  • Understands data structures, in Microsoft SQL and some MySQL, and who can draw up the data structure after one or two conversations. 
  • Some commercial experience. We get that coders aren’t salespeople, but if you are a coder who understands that we have a business to run and customers to service, you are on the right track.
  • Have an appreciation for user experience or conversion optimization. We can all write code, but can you write code that customers understand, use and ultimately love.
